The uniquely-Caribbean character of French House (and of Bequia, and of St. Vincent & the Grenadines in general) is exotic and off-the-beaten-path, a tremendous feat in this day and age.

FRENCH HOUSE
Historic French House boasts commanding panoramic views of Crescent Beach, Industry Bay and the nearby Grenadines.
French House is not some sterilised property plopped on a mountain with manicured gardens. It elegantly maintains the sumptuous traditional Caribbean luxury of being open to the sweeping views, the breeze, and nature. You’re absolutely engulfed in the sights, sounds, and smells of the lush greenery surrounding you on the quieter side of Bequia.
There’s a refreshing saline plunge pool, wrap-around veranda, a self-serve honor-bar, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and an open-air great room complete with books and games.
LOCATION
French House is located in the Industry Bay area, on the hilltop of our 65-acre estate, only an eight-minute drive from the Bequia Ferry Dock and busy Port Elizabeth. It is located at one of the most secluded and quietest part of Bequia.
It's a short walk to the Turtle Sanctuary, and the Firefly Plantation. It is nestled in the virgin tropical forest, therefore this accommodation is an ideal choice for nature lovers, bird-watching enthusiasts and for guests who appreciate a break from commercialism and getting away from it all!
Please note that there is no public bus service to this side of the island. We recommend taking taxis, walks or renting a car during your stay.
ROOMS
All four guest rooms are adorned with an eclectic selection of antique, vintage, and contemporary Caribbean-style furniture.
Each room has mahogany four-poster beds, draped with nets and the sumptuous all-cotton percale linens will have you sleeping so comfortably.
Rooms are equipped with ceiling fan, safe deposit box, tropical weight bath rob, beach towel, shower gel and shampoo.
NOTE: Our property is only for adults. In order to preserve the tranquility and the romantic atmosphere, we don't allow children under the age of 16.
