We take pride in making sure that the time you spend at Sugar Reef Bequia will be unlike any ordinary Caribbean resort. We pay close attention to details and want you to fully enjoy the rustic luxury that we offer at our boutique hotel. Rates

Rates at Sugar Reef Bequia are in US dollars per night per room for one or two guests. We charge 11% VAT government tax and 10% service charge based on your full room cost. We distribute the collected service charge among our staff, and we welcome your feedback so we can reward those who contributed the most to your stay.

Rates include

Included is a delicious continental breakfast each morning, maid service twice a week, tropical weight bathrobe, beach towel, free Wi-Fi, use of snorkel gear.

Additional Charges

Departure Tax: US$38 (EC$100) per person is to be paid at the immigration booth at the Bequia Airport when you depart. Note that airlines departing from Argyle International Airport already include this in your ticket price.

No Children Policy

To preserve a romantic ambiance for our honeymooning guests, we do not allow children under 18.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability upon request.

Form of Payment

When booking your room online, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Please, note that your card will be charged in EC$.

When settling your final bill at checkout, we accept MasterCard, Visa, US$ cash, and EC$ cash on site.

Reservation an Cancelation Policies

We require credit card information as a guarantee at the time of booking.

The full cost of your stay will be charged 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

You can cancel or modify your reservation without any penalty up until 30 days before your arrival.

If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, Sugar Reef will refund 50% of your deposit.

If you cancel fewer than 15 days before arrival, unfortunately you will forfeit your payment.
